The LPSI is attending the MicroMAST’16 Conference


This conference which will take place from the 5th to the 8th of September 2016 has the goal to bring together various communities in order to discuss puzzling up-to-date questions related to the broad field of surface tension effects. This includes fundamental questions raised in microfluidics, capillary flows and wetting, droplets and drop impact, capillary forces as well as applications related to fluidic microrobotics and micromanipulation, bio-inspired micro-engineering, control of surface tension effects. The large spectrum of relevant case studies includes capillary gripping, capillary filling, capillary alignment, capillary sealing, capillary self-assembly, droplet manipulation, Leidenfrost effect…
